Couponing 101

Where to get your sunday inserts:

1. Get the L.A. Times Sunday paper delivered to my home. You can also get a copy delivered to your home for $9.98 you can get 52 weeks, that's1 year of coupons delivered to your door for $0.19 each. You can order up to 3 copies. Use coupon code 400018 or 460024.

2. Ask neighbors, friend or family for their inserts.

3. Order the coupons that you need from a coupon clipping service. I have only used www.westcoastcouponclipping.com They are based in Washington and takes about 2 days for the coupons to get to you. Best to order Sunday night so you can get your coupons asap.

line 1: purchase 2 (two) Pantene Shampoo, Conditioner or Styler. current sale price $3.50 regular price $4.99
line 2: current store reward. when you buy 2 you will get $2.00 +Up Rewards that can be used on a future transaction
line 3: MQ 1 - you will need 1 Manufacture Coupon that will give you $3.00 off 2 pantene products which can be found SS 6/19: SmartSource insert from June 19th
line 4: SQ 1 - you will need 1 Store Coupon sometimes found in ads or online from the retailers website

CVS and Walgreens deal ideas have the same layout just different rewards. CVS gives you ExtraCare Bucks and Walgreens gives you Register Rewards.
